  • How long are tutoring sessions?

    Our standard tutoring sessions last for one hour. If you require a different duration, please discuss this with your assigned tutor beforehand.

  • How do I pay for tutoring sessions?

    We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience. You can pay using cash, Venmo, PayPal, all major credit cards, or Apple Pay.

  • What if I need to cancel a session?

    You may cancel a session without charge up until 12:00 PM on the day of the scheduled session. If you fail to show up or cancel after this time, a $35 fee will be added to your next tutoring session.

  • What kind of academic results can I expect my students to experience?

    While we can provide information on average student improvements, individual results may vary. We regularly assess progress through diagnostic testing, grade reviews, and assignment evaluations.

  • What if I need to change my tutoring schedule?

    To modify your tutoring schedule, please contact our office. We strive to accommodate your needs by arranging sessions that fit both you and your student's schedule.

  • What type of tutors do you hire?

    Our tutors are carefully selected based on their academic knowledge and teaching abilities. We require all tutors to have completed a minimum of 24 college course hours.

  • Do you have a late fee?

    Yes, we do have a late fee policy. A $25 fee will be applied if payment is not received within 7 calendar days. This fee is for late payment, not late arrival to sessions.
